For garden makeovers, the way we work is detailed below, so our customers know what to expect. For customers who just want us to design and install a new patio or gazebo, we’ll do a site survey and will provide a free, no-obligation quotation.

Once approved, we will arrange a convenient start date, and confirm when the project will be finished.

Discuss your budget

The first step is to have a chat at your home and in your garden to see and assess the space that you have and to understand how you want to use your garden. We’ll ask you various questions about your style, how you live your life and who else lives in the home to understand their needs.

It’s also important to discuss your budget too, as there’s no point in us designing a scheme that’s twice what you can afford. We can work to whatever budget you have or can give you a range of options if you are flexible about how much you can spend.

plan your project

After we’ve spoken to you, measured up and taken photos we will create a proposed scheme for your garden makeover. This will show the planned new layout to scale, along with a planting scheme, if required, and any new structural features if relevant, accompanied by a full costing.

We’ll meet to discuss the proposal and budget and the plans will be yours to keep once you have committed to progressing and paid a deposit.

If you want the plans but aren’t ready to commit to progressing with the garden design, these will be available to you for a small fee, to cover the costs of the time involved.

Deliver

Once we have had agreement to go ahead and the deposit has been paid, we will agree a commencement date along with a schedule of works so you know how long the project will take. All the work is done by Paul himself, along with a small, experienced and skilled team that Paul has worked with for many years.

Maintain

Once your garden is complete we can maintain it on a regular basis if you require – including mowing the lawn, weeding, keeping borders tidy, removing dead plants and re-stocking with new seasonal plants to keep your garden tidy and colourful the whole year round.
